We’re excited to introduce our latest project in Parnell, a full re-clad now underway.

The demolition is complete, the flat roof has been removed, and plaster stripped back to prepare for the new cladding. With scaffolding and shrink wrap now in place, the site is set for the next stage of the transformation.

Our Red Beach project in collaboration with Jones Architects is taking shape quickly!

Over the past month, we've completed three separate structural steel installations across three levels and finished the wall frames. Now we're moving on to the roof framing, where the project's true scale will really start to show.

After several months of progress, our Hauraki full home renovation project is starting to really come together!

The wall lining is in and custom joinery is now being installed throughout the interior, while work on the outdoor pool moves into the final stages.

You can also see some special features taking shape, including a striking round skylight, James Hardie groove cladding, and custom steel wells.

On the newly extended section of our Brighton Road project, Abodo Vulcan Cladding was used to introduce a modern contrast to the home’s character-filled heritage elements.

This timber offers a clean, natural look that gradually weathers to a soft silver tone. Chosen for its sustainability and refined grain, it adds a calm, contemporary texture to the home’s exterior while still meeting the demands of modern performance.

A big focus of our Waiheke outdoor extension project was making sure the space could be enjoyed year-round, not just during the summer months. We added fully adjustable screens across the walls and ceiling, so when the wind picks up or the temperature drops, the area stays warm, sheltered, and ready for our clients to enjoy.
