Clean lines and contrasting cladding are unified by a green roofline that wraps both wings and creates a sheltered outdoor area at the heart of the home.

El Capitan is a modern twist on the classic Kiwi farmhouse - single-storey and T-shaped, with Pioneer Red cladding that makes a confident, grounded statement in any landscape. Inside, the mood is warm and textured.

Plywood linings with splashes of red joinery bring softness and soul to a practical, family-sized plan.
