On January 25th 2010 we engaged Qualified Solutions to project manage a partial renovation or our property at 38 Quaona Ave, Mt Roskill. This was a badly

run down 6 bedroom house. The work was completed in a professional manner and within our allowed time frame. There were several major alterations from the original specifications and these were dealt with competently and quickly. Troy guided us with practical suggestions for the eventual finish and we have ended up with a highly desirable property that was rented even before it was actually completed. When is someone going to add in the ability to add a builder and a rate to the schedule so we can use it build labour estimates also?
This would be a game changer as we could add 1/2/3 or 5 guys to a task and a rate and have it calculate as we drag it out.

Also the catalogue section - items & creating subcategorys for materials & organisation format needs alot of work! So many bugs.
