Stage 1 of our Northcote job is complete!
For the last 3 months we have been constructing a Palisade retaining wall all done to stabilise the bank from slipping any further, and the structural integrity of the building has been rectified with new steel support beams installed.
Next comes the landscaping, and deck reconstruction before we start with the renovations inside.

Client got us in to replace a leaking uninsulated roof before winter sets in.

If you have a roof that requires repair or replacement before the winter rains cause further issues now is the time to make contact.

The team have been working hard on our Northcote Point retaining wall job.
Working on a sloping section with limited access hasn’t been easy. But they have done well to complete sixteen of the 23 holes for the structural Palisade retaining wall
Each hole is between 9 and 12 meters deep, then steel cages were placed in position before concrete was poured.
We are thankful to have committed staff to help get the job across the line.

With a day like today we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful weather and get some shots of our Whangaparaoa Road Reclad project.
The new black Iron cladding makes this project stand out.
The new deck ready for taking in those amazing views, whilst enjoying an early morning coffee or afternoon cold beverage.

Excited to be ready for our 2nd, and final stage of footings to be poured at Wentworth College on Monday.
With over 100m3 of concrete to be poured, its going to be a long day!
A big thank you to the team, who have been working hard to get the cages placed and tied.

Thanks to Tyson and the team from who laid the driveway for us at our Army Bay Job.

The colour our client has chosen is going to pop after the acid wash is done, once the concrete has had some time to cure.
