After an incredible journey together, we want to share that Chris, Brianna and Lawrence have made the decision to part ways.

With Chris and Brianna moving further away from Auckland to enjoy the coastal lifestyle and raising a family in a small town while Lawrence and his family remain in Auckland to enjoy what the big city has to offer.

Building 720 Build from the ground up has been something we’ve been truely proud of, and we are so thankful for every person who supported us along the way.

To start the year our Coromandel team ventured off to Rotorua for a repeat client.
Out with the old bathroom and in with the new!!!

Out goes the outdated Hardieglaze wall linings and rotten everything else!!!

New flooring, wall linings, all new plumbing! Shower.

A special order bath fit for the royal family!

Our team, has turned this bathroom around in 7 working days and under 2 weeks in total, with lots of pre planning and a team that can multi task, adapt and a can do attitude - we smashed it and the client is stoked!!

Our Wigmore Cres project is now in full progress!!! Loving life at Haehei Beach, the team is making excellent headway. The weather is favorable! There has been significant demolition and we are now fully engaged in framing both areas of stage 1!!

Waikato/Coromandel.

A mould-infested bedroom presented considerable health hazards, but we have effectively remedied the situation. The room has undergone a comprehensive renovation, including the installation of breathable building wrap, new cladding, underfloor insulation, moisture barrier, wall and ceiling insulation, double-glazed windows, a fresh coat of paint, and premium wool carpet.

While exterior work continues, we anticipate showcasing the final outcome. 🍿
