While our recent project in Orewa has been put on hold due to issues with Vector we have been keeping ourselves busy with these designer townhouses located in Hauraki.

Here’s a sneak peek of four well appointed dwellings expertly designed by Urban Form Design.

Although each house has a footprint of under 90m2 the space has been very well used over two stories each house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, double garages and even a media room!

Here’s some of the site progress to date down at our Orewa residential development project.

Lot 2 slab has been poured and we are now ripping into Lot 1 slab while we eagerly await our frames!

This was one of the biggest Rib Raft slabs we have done to date. Consisting of 262 poly pods totalling a massive 650mm thick of concrete - that was 60m3 in total volume!

All finished up at the Skin Specialist with the project completed on program and on budget!

The clinic is looking great and the team are already up and running with CPU being granted by council end of April.

Well its been a busy start to the year down at the Skin Specialist . This month we have -
☑️ Finished the internal painting
☑️ Completed the Marmorino textured plaster finish to the reception area
☑️ Finished the tiling to the toilets
☑️ Finished the exterior cladding and painting
☑️ Removed the exterior scaffolding

Now we are getting stuck into the flooring starting with the vinyl to the procedure rooms while we also make a start on the landscaping with a new timber fence replacing the old rotten one.

Thats a wrap for us for 2024! What a great year it has been and we are very excited for whats in the pipeline for 2025!

We will be enjoying a much needed holiday break while our plasterers and painters push on through. More photos to come as we get closer to the completion of our high end medical centre in Remuera.

Its been a little while because we have been flat out busy. Since the last update we have now:

- Erected all the top floor structural steel
- Framed and weather lined all exterior walls
- Installed the roof
- Completed all our services to the ground floor
- Installed the ceiling grid to the ground floor

We are excited for the race to Christmas where things will be ramping up on site (even more so).

With the new windows due next week this triggers the start of the cladding and also the interior fit out!

Well its been all go on site! Amazing what can happen in a month. So far we have:

- Knocked the entire top floor off
- Stripped out the ground floor
- Erected our scaffolding and shrink wrap
- Excavated and poured our new foundations
- Broken out the ground floor slab and installed the new underslab drainage
- Poured our new floor slab to the building extension
- Layed and filled our new block work
- Started our first fix for the services to the ground floor

Next week will be spent getting the top floor ready for its new structure!

We’re excited to be getting started on our new project!

This one we have teamed up with Neet Design architects to deliver a massive upgrade to the Skin Specialist Centre.

We will be completely demolishing the top floor of the old building at the rear and constructing an entire new space while re fitting out the ground floor, providing a much needed upgrade to this old leaking building.

We will eventually be joining into the stage one upgrade, giving the Skin Specialist Centre twice the space and a beautiful sleek modern look for this amazing clinic.
