Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roofing and preferably an industry qualification. We consider reliability and a positive “can do” attitude just as important.

Do you have trade experience in welding, building, roofing, or commercial construction? If so, we want to talk to you! We are looking for Installers for our metal decking business (with no direct Metal Decking experience). If you have a positive, can do attitude, the ability to work long hours, and a willingness to work outside Auckland in differing regions of New Zealand for around a week at a time we want you!

You will join a team who are supported through training, mentoring & implementing best practice systems throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career change, be keen to work in a construction environment, be a team player and be able to communicate effectively.

Remarkable Roofing Limited worked for RCC Remediate in recladding and reflashing 2 apartment blocks in central Auckland. Work involved over 1500 unique flashings that needed to be designed in 3D, manufactured and installed. A big shout out to our team who worked to deliver this complex solution.

A couple of pictures showing the great job some of our team did on a recent job in East Auckland. The team of 3 (2 of whom are apprentices) completed the repairs to a high standard and cleaned up the site afterwards so it was all ready for the new tenants to move in. Well done guys - the client was very happy and we are very proud of the job done and your high standards in relation to both workmanship and commitment to Health and Safety.

There has been much in the media about the construction industry and how short staffed it is and how desperately we need skilled employees. We are doing our bit by currently training 14 apprentices but we need some experienced roofers to join us and share their knowledge and skills with the trades next generation. If you are an experienced roofer, either metal or tile, or know anyone who is and may want a new role then please get in touch.
