We promise to make the entire building process open, exciting and successful to all of our valued clients, taking you on the journey from the initial planning and design stage (if required) right through to that final council sign off. We are great communicators so you will never be wondering where we are, what we are doing or how the budget is tracking. Not only are KN Construction Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP’S), we are long standing members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. KN Construction was established in 2011 and is owned and operated by Karl and Kaycee Nicholas. Karl started his building apprenticeship when he left school and has been building ever since, bringing decades of experience to your project.

With extensive experience in all facets of the building industry including high end residential, renovations and extensions and the commercial building sector, Karl brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the team at KN Construction and can assist you in your project from start to finish.

When you employ KN Construction you can be assured of a personal approach. Karl and Kaycee work closely with Clients and Site Managers to ensure a smooth, consistent and seamless build . KN have an excellent team of top quality carpenters whom are employed on a full time basis. Over the years KN Construction has also built up a large portfolio of trusted sub-contractors, therefore offering our clients the confidence they need to ensure their project is handled professionally.

Extremely high levels of quality is a priority. This is partly achieved through establishing excellent communication throughout the project. KN Construction have their own Project Management Software Co Construct, which is rated #1 for a construction based software in the United States.
