We're proud to have delivered the Electrical for Mechanical installation and Reliable controls Building Management System for 50 Albert Street—New Zealand's most expensive office development, valued at $650 million.
Designed to achieve a 6 Star Green Star NZ Office rating, this landmark project sets a new benchmark for sustainable commercial buildings. Working alongside McAlpine Hussmann, who completed the mechanical installation, our team delivered the complete E4M installation and BMS integration, including the commissioning of the main mechanical electrical infrastructure supplied by a 2500A MSSB-ESS and a 1250A MSSB-NESS serving the rooftop mechanical plant.
We're proud to have contributed to one of New Zealand's premier commercial developments and to have delivered another high-performance building automation solution.
