Experienced Project Manager LBP
Cooper & Cooper Ltd is a fast-growing, Auckland based building company, specializing in design and construction of high-end residential renovations, extensions and new builds.
We are looking for an experienced qualified LBP builder to join our team.
To be successful you must possess the following:
*A Trade qualified carpenter/builder (current LBP licence essential) with 8+ years' carpentry experience
Knowledge of site safety procedures and practices
Solid work references for similar project experience and delivery
Clean driver’s licence with own reliable transport & willingness to travel between sites
Full kit of tools & appropriate PPE required to run a high-end site
Relevant experience in luxury residential buildings, villas & bungalows will be highly regarded
Desirable attributes and experience:

High degree of personal responsibility, professionalism and attention to detail, quality and finish
High level of initiative with the ability to think through issues and resolve problems
Enthusiastic positive attitude, with a solution-orientated outlook
Work well both in a team and independently
Good communication and people skills
Ability to listen effectively, understand and implement instructions to other team members or sub-trades
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and schedule, manage and provide direction to the finishing team(s).
Ability to lead and set the tone for a positive and energetic working environment with a great sense of humour
Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Physical fitness
The role includes but is not limited to:
Leading and facilitating a team of tradesmen and apprentices
Liaising with all sub-contractors
Ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets
Quality control
Ensuring our stringent work Health and Safety procedures are implemented at all times
