Vincent our senior Site Engineer for Napier has been the glue holding together our team there for over 2 years now. He’s been dropped in the deep end and shown his fantastic abilities time and time again. Vincent spent his first few weeks after immigrating to NZ with our Auckland team before accepting the opportunity to settle in Napier and hasn’t looked back. We appreciate all that you do and all of your efforts Vincent, and look forward to continuing on your journey with you!

In Sila’s one and a half years with us as a Site Supervisor he has shown his skills time and again. He has a great work ethic and likes to make sure that things are done once and done well. He leads his team by example and you can just about guarantee smiles all around. We’ve enjoyed the journey so far Sila, and we look forward to your continued growth and great work as we move onwards and upwards!

Bam has been with us for two and a half years upskilling from a labourer to an operator and skilled CST creator. He has recently celebrated his 30th Birthday and has his first baby on the way. He is the life and soul of everywhere he goes and is well loved within the JacksCo family. We appreciate who you are and what you do for us Bam, and we wish you all the best as you start your journey of parenthood!
