Trusses are up at this lifestyle build in Wellsford 👏🏼
This is the stage where it really hits for the clients, walking through and for the first time, seeing the spaces take shape properly. Rooms start to feel like rooms, ceiling heights make sense, and you can picture how it’s all going to live and breathe.

The frames are up!👏🏼🌤📸
It is always a key milestone in our builds when the frames go up. Then the house really starts to take shape and we get ready for the roof trusses to come in.
This home is an awesome little plan at 140m2, with 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, an lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining, plus a separate study and separate laundry!!!!
Once completed the exterior will be Midland Brick brick and James Hardie Linea weatherboard with COLORSTEEL long run roofing.
A great way to finish the week.

We’ve just poured the slab for our latest build in Wellsford, and it’s always exciting to see a project officially underway.
This home is a 140m² (over framing) design featuring:
• 3 bedrooms
• 2.5 bathrooms
• Open plan kitchen, living & dining
• Separate study
• Separate laundry (no garaging)
The exterior will combine brick and Linea weatherboard, finished with Colorsteel long run roofing - a classic, durable combo that looks great too.
A really practical, well-thought-out design that’s going to come together beautifully 👏

If you are loving😍 the look of our knock down and rebuild in St Heliers, you will love this new Thin Tech Plus brick system by Brickworks NZ.
The system provides a traditional clay brick facade in a range of colours and finishes, but with a much thinner profile which is really beneficial when building on tight sites/sections.
The panel based metal system allows the bricks to be slotted in, therefore speeding up installation. There are certain instances that this brick can not be used in, but if you are interested in using Thin Tech Plus for your build with us, talk to our sales team - we love the look!

Roof's going on!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
This Design and Build project located in Awa Estate, Riverhead is now up to the roof on stage of the project. We are well on track for an October handover and can't wait to show you some of the stunning features that will be going inside the 375m2 main home and 64m2 guest house.
