Have a look at this big slurry spraying system for bricks!
A brick manufacturer wishes to spray a moving column of brick with coloured slurry as part of their manufacturing process.

With both air-atomising spray guns, the column will be sprayed with two different colours with each tip being dedicated to a single colour.

Different gun positions will allow the operator to create varying patterns and effects on the column. All lines are required to be flushed with water!

Let's explore an example: A pharmaceutical company needs to coat tablets. The drops need to be large enough to fully coat the tablets but not so large that expensive coating is wasted by over spraying.

Drop size testing is relatively inexpensive, especially if you have a sensitive application.
