That is officially a wrap on 2025!

The sites are secure, the vans are parked, and the chilly bin has been cracked open. It’s been a massive year for the True Property crew, and we are ready to swap the steel toes for jandals.

We are taking a break to recharge the batteries and enjoy the summer.

📅 The Important Stuff: We are closed from today (19th Dec) and will be mostly back on deck Monday, 5th January.

For this week’s Meet the Team, we’re spotlighting another of our Site Foremen, Sean Apiata (aka Api).

Sean has been in the building game for over 10 years, but his work ethic goes back even further. He started out laying concrete with his dad - a tough gig that taught him how to work hard and appreciate the physical side of the job.

He eventually traded the concrete mixer for a carpentry apprenticeship and hasn’t looked back.

Sean’s a vital part of the True Property crew, and he reckons the feeling is mutual: "I can honestly say True Property has a good team that works together well."

From wanting to be a Tonka truck as a kid to aspiring Architect in high school, Howey found the perfect balance right here on the tools. He realised university wasn't the path, but building was.

With experience kicking off in 2008, Howey brings the best of both worlds to True Property Builders: the eye of a designer and the practicality of a builder. He’s all about efficiency, high standards, and cost-effective solutions.

Since joining our crew in 2019, he’s been our Site Foreman, passing on his knowledge to the next generation of apprentices.
