We are looking for skilled & detail-oriented Composite Technicians to join our small but dynamic team.

As a Composite Technician, you will play a vital role in the tooling, fabrication & assembly of composite components. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations.

What we do:
• Prepreg carbon fibre laminating
• Vacuum infused carbon fibre tooling
• Autoclave curing
• CNC machined tooling
• Custom one-offs or limited series production

If you are:
• An experienced Composite Technician
• An enthusiastic self-starter with a passion to learn composites
• Someone with a strong attention to detail & pride in their work
• Interested in working at the leading edge of composites

6 short months ago we started the Sail GP HSB2.0 daggerboard project with a truck load of carbon fibre planks & shearweb core sets. It is fair to say this has been a marathon task & like any ultra distance event it has been about setting short term goals to get to the finish line.
Having just completed the assembly, CNC machining & wrapping of 132 shearwebs, we are into the 2nd half of the marathon. Gluing the shafts & prepping for the skin laminating is where we really start to see the parts take shape. With 14 boards now assembled & 10 laminated ready for final machining the workshop is starting to fill up. Only 10 more to glue up.....

Another happy customer back out sailing with upgrades from Innovate Composites.
We supplied winch pods for an IRC72 undergoing a winter transformation at the hands of Sam Murch & his team in Valencia, Spain.
Good luck to Balthasar for their upcoming season of racing in the Med.
