Leader, Programme Developer and delivery specialist, passionate hype woman for business owners and the Aotearoa New Zealand Startup Community with a focus on helping increase Maori participation and success in this sector

✨ Rosanne Ellis
Rosanne's career spans a diverse range of sectors, all connected by a common theme: bridging research and innovation with the commercial world. Her passion lies in the magic that happens when these worlds come together. Over the past 18 years, she has held senior leadership and executive roles, with responsibilities including strategic direction, change management, stakeholder engagement, business development, and commercialisation.

✨ Jenny Douché
Jenny is passionate about helping early-stage startups access great advice, connections and incubator services, to help maximise their success and return on investment. ​
Jenny manages the Startup and Founder Support programmes and is a group leader at Callaghan Innovation, she has been with Callaghan since 2020. ​
She has previously participated in an incubator with her startup, ran startup support programmes, completed a PhD on how incubators influence the strategies of startups, and created and taught the Masters of Innovation and Commercialisation at Victoria University.

Michael has coached, founded, led, or worked in startups and growth tech businesses for over 20 years, in both the UK and NZ. He's available to mentor teams in areas like pitch crafting, value proposition, strategy, business model, and branding. Currently leading commercialisation at AUT University, he's also a co-founder of Dot Ingredients, a disruptive new approach to sustainable everyday products like cosmetics and detergents.

He authored the Driving Innovation program in 2016, led the delivery of the award-winning Air NZ Mobile App, and played a key role in Serato’s rise to global success. He currently leads the team behind OPAL3, a sophisticated management reporting tool used by local government.

With 15 years of leadership in the local startup ecosystem, Colart brings deep expertise in Agile, product strategy, and high-performance teams. We’re excited to have him as our Lead Mentor this year 😍
