Commercial Development | Stages 1–3 are now complete.
From the ground up, the JK Construction team fully self performed these first stages, delivering the site ready for commercial possession.

Scope included:
✅ Bulk Earthworks
✅ Piling & Retaining
✅ 1,000m of MagnumStone Walls
✅ 400m Timber Pole Retaining
✅ Full Survey & Project Management
✅ Drainage Works

Project complete at a local school 👏

JK Construction undertook works to remedy ongoing flooding and drainage issues on site. As part of the project, we constructed a new road, lifting and rebuilding the entire road and exisiting pavement to help mitigate future flooding concerns.

Delivered within strict school holiday timeframes, the new road is functioning well and looks great. Another quality result by the team.

We were engaged to construct a 108-metre timber pole retaining wall at the Rosedale closed landfill.

The works strengthened a vulnerable section of the site, replacing the existing structure and securing the long-term containment of the landfill slopes.

Milford Marina Seawall Renewal. We worked alongside Oxcon to deliver the Milford Marina Seawall Renewal for replacing the deteriorating timber wall surrounding the marina with a modern, durable structure designed for long-term protection.

The project included:
Earthworks to regrade and restore the berm between the road and the wall
Replacement and extension of drainage lines through the new wall to improve stormwater management

Another successful project delivered safely and to a high standard. 💪🏼
