Remember we don’t charge for the desi
gn process, we want to custom design every home we build so instead of investing tens of thousands in a plan library of which the designs may or may not suit your site, we invest in an in-house team of architectural designers who will create your ideal plan. The build team then get to work at surveys, consent, engineering and all the stuff in the background that costs you thousands when working with an independent architect.
