On January May 22 2019 we engaged Independent Building Contractors Limited to project manage, take over a partial 9month renovation on our property located in, Mt Eden. This was a poorly built bay-window two storey extension with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom renovation project within 20-50mm out of level from previous builders. The work was completed in a professional manner and within a set time frame which we had allowed with high quality finish requirements. There were several major alterations from the original specifications in the roof junction to wall lines, and these were dealt with competently and quickly. Josh guided us with practical suggestions to remedy the previous builders defective workmanship, once finish we were very pleased to have our project pass council inspections and was able to sell our property for more than our investment Josh should be very proud of his part in the project.
