"We recently engaged Bruce to carry out an under-house excavation and construction of a lift well in our home at Browns Bay. The project threw up some interesting and demanding challenges which he handled well.
Bruce is a certified drain layer and builder. He managed everything efficiently and with complete professional skill and quality workmanship in both the structural work and the internal renovations.

Ever thought about putting a lift (elevator) in your two-storey or more property?
Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the project we've been working on.
Nestled amongst the Waiake Hill, this 3 storey house has required hand digging (due to access) to break into the area under the house needed for the lift.
Extensive groundwork, drainage and propping has been required to safely expose this bottom level, next to the garage entranceway. A concrete slab has been poured by hand, with block work taking place to meet the reinforced bearers.
