Hello everyone,

The TradieLink website is now up and running.

Homeowners can jump on the website, send through their job details using the “Find a Tradie” button, and all the information will come through to me. From there, I’ll match you with a tradie who best fits your job.

Just to be clear, the estimator is still being refined and improved and is not a final quote. All pricing still needs to be checked, adjusted, and confirmed by a qualified tradie before any work goes ahead.

The idea is to help clients understand pricing a bit better early on, save time going back and forward, and make it easier to connect with the right tradie for the job.

This is still early days and I’ll be improving it constantly, so any feedback is appreciated.

I just wanna say a big thanks to all the support I have received and messages these past few days I really appreciate it

I’m currently working on making my website live which will make the whole process a lot easier.

TradieLink NZ is a connection service only. We put locals in touch with tradies who are looking for extra work. Any job that gets taken on is strictly an agreement between the tradie and the client.

We don’t run the jobs, we don’t supervise the work, and we don’t make decisions about how the work is carried out. The tradies who take on jobs are responsible for their own workmanship, pricing, materials, safety, insurance, and for making sure their work meets NZ standards.

If something goes wrong on a job — damage, delays, disagreements, poor workmanship, or anything else — that’s between the tradie and the client. TradieLink NZ isn’t responsible for sorting out disputes or covering any costs.

Clients should always check qualifications, insurance, and experience before going ahead with any work. Tradies should make sure they’re only taking on work they’re qualified and legally allowed to do.

By using TradieLink NZ, both tradies and clients agree that TradieLink NZ is just the middle ground helping people find each other, and isn’t involved in the actual job itself.
