Just finished shifting a 400+ tonne pile of beautiful pine logs to Paeroa - cleared a big "pick up stick" of a pile.

These 2 rigs made short work of it! Numbers below 👇

Entry level position available from our newly operational Paeroa depot.

On the look out for someone keen and motivated to join our small team. Looking for someone who doesn't mind doing a large variety of work - from finishing concrete to sharpening chains and pumping grease.

Someone not afraid to get their hands dirty - who will turn up on time everyday. We don't want to hear about your car issues, girlfriend issues (boy friend issues), child support issues - we have enough issues of our own! Someone who isn't sucking on a v**e pipe every 30 seconds with their hands in their pockets. Someone who isn't going to take 3 days off when their nose is a little runny.

Position initially for a 3 month fixed term with the potential for ongoing work to the right person.

Price drop 🔥👇

We have recently dropped our kiln dried hotmix price by $10/m, as fuel has come back significantly. Although fuel costs definitely haven't dropped to 2025 levels - we feel we can absorb the current rate.

More good news - we are on track to have pine and gum back in stock by the end of this month.

Moneys been pretty tight recently but thanks to some loyalty points with our fuel provider who work with Stoney Creek - we were able to get Saxon a new jumper!

Good thing to because his last one is hardly hi vis (can you believe they are the exact same jumper! ) . Big thanks for all your help over the years Saxon - not being afraid to get your hands dirty doesn't go unnoticed!

Now I think we need to frame his old one, either than or burn it!

We have a few bags of small hardwood (oak/tea tree/pohutukawa) rejects from bagging. Been sitting around a while - dry ready to burn!

Someone pinch me 🤣

We got wood on the ground and in the kilns at our new depot in Paeroa 👌🔥

Huge effort from our team and incredible contractors - a year and a half in the making. Full site development and master plan, 1000's of machine hours, 1000's of tonnes of metal, 1000's of consulting hours and 100's of sleepless nights later. 😂

Big shout out to my beautiful wife Sandra - without such a supportive hard working partner this wouldn't have been possible.

Don't complain about having a full plate when you said you were hungry!

Our Drury site is all but complete 👌🔥

Full site development - drainage, retaining, hotmix, concrete, 6 sheds erected, office relocated with water/septic and power installed. New power connection with 3 phase 👌.

New Pezzolato screen installed and running as of this week - our 5th screen to date.

All of this in less than 6 months while also developing our 4 hectare production site 👌. There's a saying I heard recently "Don't complain about having a full plate when you said you were hungry"!

Huge week incoming 🔥👌

Things are starting to come together, the ducks are lining up if you will. Pulling together our team, contractors and equipment to get the outcome we need. It's taken 14 years of blood sweat and tears to get to this point, what a journey.

This week we will be firing on all cylinders (and hopefully furances). Lots of people doubted we would get to this point, new yards, new set up, new equipment, same drive. No quitting!
