Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, it's looking like we will run out of dry wood sometime next week. 😬

Although we will never completely run out, (as we dry more each day) we will have a longer delay on deliveries and have to start limiting pick up quantities.
Our team has been working around the clock to keep up with demand - even with our kilns running 24/7 and pumping out upwards of 300m cube every week, we can't keep up!

Best to get your order in as early as you can if you know you are running low. Please don't leave it till the day you run out - delivery delay will soon be 2 weeks.

The teams been pumping some wood out recently - it's taken us a few months but we are getting into the rhythm of our new set up.

This year the motto is 'get through' - not everything is going to be perfect straight away. Right now we have the smallest amount of shed space in 8 years - as well as the smallest amount of stock on hand in 5 years.

Having lost about 8 weeks production and drying time in March/April due to the shift - I'd say we are doing pretty dam well keeping everything in stock! Huge credit to our team who have pulled some long hours making this happen.

Things will only get easier from here, we have some big plans in the pipeline for our Paeroa site. Big sheds, alot more concrete, new trommel screen and a waste wood shredder to name a few.
