When we install a heat pump on an internal wall, there’s often nowhere for the condensation to naturally drain away.

That’s where a condensate pump comes in.

It collects the water produced by your heat pump while cooling and pumps it to a suitable drain point outside.

They’re a small part of the installation — but an important one when gravity drainage isn’t possible.
