Almost complete, its amazing the difference a new roof, a coat of paint and a smart looking veranda, complete with roof window, topping off a new Kwila deck. We squared up the room using the existing veranda roof, which is a cost effective way to enlarge the dining room and provide a much more usable space.

Progress was being made on current fit out of Ministry of social development's office's with completion due beginning of April, maybe not any more.

Commercial office fit out we are currently working on, temporary hoardings are erected so as business can carry on as usual, while building work is undertaken on the other side.

We do small jobs as well, here we've built a new retaining wall and concrete pad in Willow Bay.

Great to go back and visit a house we built a few years ago for a wonderful client. It's always good building something that's not your standard design, and using different materials. Here we have several feature walls with Craftstone schist.
