November has been a big month for the Coresteel team in Marlborough, but we got there in the end. Even allowing the tenants to be able to start trading 5 days earlier than anticipated and they couldn’t be happier.

The Harihari St John Ambulance depot was shining bright in the beautiful sunny West Coast last week, built by Coresteel Marlborough in 2022. I even had the pleasure of meeting a couple of business owners that had contributed to the fundraising campaign to make this possible.
What an amazing part of the country this is.
