This bespoke beach bach heading to Mount Maunganui is a great example of how we can take an idea beyond our standard plans and create something completely tailored to our clients and their site.

Designed for a family of five, this home was planned as a two-piece build, with the main living pod constructed here in our yard, and the second module to be completed on site.

The main pod includes the kitchen, living and dining areas, master suite, guest bedroom, hidden scullery and a number of thoughtfully considered custom features throughout.

Working alongside our in-house architectural team means every project can be designed specifically around how you want to live, use the space, and connect with your site.

Designed by our in-house architectural team, this Mount Maunganui beach house was created specifically for a family of five and their beachfront site, with every part of the home carefully considered around how the family wants to live, relax and entertain.

From the striking tilt roofline and warm material palette, to the layered interiors, oversized glazing and connection to the outdoor living spaces, this home has been tailored specifically to its site and owners.
