Working alongside South Waikato District Council, the MSC crew has been rebuilding this busy Tokoroa intersection giving it the strength it needs to handle the load.

Carolyn, our Surfacing Manager, talks through the process from fixing problem areas to laying a fresh asphalt surface built to last.

With solid planning and a great crew, our partners will always see quality work. 👷‍♂️

We love to see families working side by side on the same team.

Here’s Clarrie and his two sons working together on our Tokoroa site living out our 'Family First' value. Clarrie's got years of knowledge and expertise being passed on to a new generation who are keen to get stuck in and get the job done.

When that kind of connection exists on site, the quality of the work speaks for itself.

Patrick and the team have been working on an 800m pavement rehabilitation project on SH1 for NZTA, restoring a section of road that had become rutted and cracked over time.

Through careful planning, the crew is rebuilding the pavement to improve ride quality and extend the life of the road. Just as important has been working closely with local residents, helping minimise disruption while the work takes place.

Another great effort from the team delivering quality work where it matters.

Our Founder & Managing Director, Carl has just returned from a 4-month sabbatical. Through much planning and collaboration with our Board and Leadership teams, he was able to step away and return refreshed. Hear from him as he shares about how the chance to refocus and reset has equipped him to be a better leader for next season for MS Civil.

For our Maintenance Manager Greg Apiti, coming to work over the summer months has meant working with his three sons. The lads have all been gaining some work experience over the break with the South Waikato Maintenance Contract, based in Tokoroa.

That's what Family First looks like at MS Civil: generations learning from each other, backing each other, and building something special they are proud of together.

Seen here in the photo, Greg (far right) with his sons alongside Contract Supervisor Donald Liddall (far left). 👷‍♂️👷‍♂️👷‍♂️👷‍♂️👷‍♂️
