Spring giveaway!
With the change in season just around the corner, we thought we'd run a giveaway to help with the spring tidy up!
To enter, must do all three:

-Tag a friend in the comments that you think needs a spring renovation! (each comment/friend is an entry!).

Official Rules: "Win Two Builders for a Day" Promotion
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this competition. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Grant Family Homes.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all residents of the Waipa region, New Zealand, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grant Family Homes and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, you must complete the following steps during the promotion period:
* Share the official promotion post on your personal Facebook profile.
* Follow the official Grant Family Homes page.
* Tag a friend in the comments section of the official promotion post. Each unique friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one entry. You may tag multiple friends, but only one per comment.
5. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from 23/08/2025 until 5:00 PM NZST on 20/09/2025. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
6. The Prize
The prize is for two builders for one standard workday (8 hours) to be used at the winner's residential property within the Waipa region. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000.
The prize specifically includes the builders' labour only. It does not include:
* The cost of any building materials, supplies, or specialty tools required for the job.
* The cost of any council permits or approvals.
* The removal of any waste or debris.
* The work of any other tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers) or any other subcontractors.
The winner is solely responsible for providing all necessary materials and securing any required permits before the work commences. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on the Grant Family Homes page and contacted via Facebook Messenger by 22/09/2025. The winner must respond and claim their prize within 72 hours of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Publicity and Privacy
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Grant Family Homes to use their name, likeness, and a description or image of the completed work for promotional purposes on its social media platforms and website. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
Grant Family Homes reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is found to be fraudulent. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion if any issues arise. By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Grant Family Homes from any and all liability related to this promotion or the prize.
