The start of the end!

Concrete pour time for the paths, patios and drive on our Sumner Build.

90% of the scaffold has now been removed thanks to Daveron Scaffolding and the site container which has been very generously on loan from Mitre 10 New Zealand @ Ferrymead has been removed. Time to start on the landscaping while the interior finishes are being installed.

Another Busy week "and it's only Thursday" with the Cladding starting to be installed and our interior Gib installers smashing out the interior install ready for the council pre stop inspection and onto plastering next week.
