We're excited to share that the Building Consent for our latest Rolleston project at Aspect Street was approved in just two days - with zero Requests for Information (RFIs) from council.

While that's a fantastic achievement for our team, the real benefit is for our clients. Strong planning, accurate documentation, and great collaboration help reduce delays, create certainty, and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
