Construction is about to begin on our latest project with Meta Architects. Utilizing the accuracy, speed and performance of Atamai Structures for prefabrication.

At our Remuera Ave project, construction is underway using prefabricated panelised systems delivered by

Prefabrication offers several advantages for high-performance buildings:
☑️Precision & quality: Factory-controlled assembly improves accuracy. Panelised systems allow for airtightness and insulation layers to be installed under controlled conditions.
☑️Efficiency: Faster build times mean the building envelope can be closed earlier, protecting materials and reducing weather-related delays.
☑️Reduced Waste: Offsite cutting and planning minimises excess material.

This approach helps ensure that the design intent is carried through into construction.

Thornton Earl Manor

The original fireplace anchors a sitting room meticulously reconstructed following extensive earthquake damage. Newly crafted ceilings, cornices and ornamental detailing reinstate the room’s Victorian grandeur, bringing the space back to life with a sense of authenticity and quiet permanence.
