Rosco Construction Rosco Construction Ltd Rosco Construction was set up by Sam Ross 3 years ago.

Sam has been in the building industry for 8 years, and has worked on high spec new homes and complex renovations. He has worked alongside many experienced builders which has taught him a wide range of skill and experience. Sam is an avid sportsman and before turning his attention to his building career, he competed competitively as a road cyclist representing New Zealand on several occasions. For

the past three years Sam has spent alot of time coaching the St Kentigerns College cycling team. Other interests of Sam include volunteering with the Coastguard where he spends alot of weekends out on the Hauraki Golf. Over the past year Sam has been working for the Earthquake Commission helping with the re-build of the Canterbury area after their devastating Earthquakes.
