🏗️ Another milestone achieved at the Library Chambers, Christchurch project.

This week marked the successful crane lift and installation of the first-floor riser module—another significant step forward in the delivery of this exciting development.

Prefabricated riser modules provide substantial benefits by improving quality, reducing on-site installation time, enhancing safety, and creating greater programme certainty. Achieving milestones like this is only possible through detailed planning, collaboration, and the expertise of everyone involved.

🚧 PROJECT MILESTONE | FIRST RISER MODULE INSTALLED

Another significant milestone has been achieved at the Library Chambers development in Christchurch with the successful installation of the project’s first prefabricated riser module.

This installation represents months of planning, coordination and engineering coming together in a single precision lift. Prefabricated multi-service modules improve construction efficiency, enhance quality control and reduce installation time on site, while requiring meticulous planning to ensure every component arrives exactly where it needs to be.
