This as-is-where-is property is undergoing a 106mm lift to the concrete foundations and heavy internal walls.
Safe to say this building suffered from previous earthquake damage being built in the heart of Christchurch. The investors have choose to lift and repair this versatile four unit appartment block - giving it a new lease on life.

Once repairs and renovated back to it's orginal glory, we're expecting this building to increase in value from $165k and upwards.

Ever seen underneath a house before? 🤔

If not, I won't judge.
Unless you're in the business of house relevelling it's probably not something you'll see everyday.

Here is a sneaky peak of what's going on underneath this two-storey, Christchurch family home after one of our new concrete pads have been installed. This project requires a concrete ring foundation lift and repair as the timber home was approx 56mm out of level. These new concrete pads are going to help stabilize the home whilst the new foundation gets poured soon.
