Full fitouts, custom designs, bringing concepts to reality. Was fortunate enough to be involved in an amazing custom fitout for a motocross van. This project was so much fun, challenging and rewarding, the task was superior on a new van requiring

* a wall to separate the cabin area from storage area
* chequer plate cladding for ease of cleaning and too look sharp
* a water tank with enough capacity to allow cleaning of multiple bikes for multiple times (308 litres) throughout a motocross event
* mounting of wheel chocks and tie-down points for securing bikes
* shelving for extra storage

We even managed to make it so the water tank is fillable from outside of the van with a ventury setup, meaning no need to take the hose into the van, can leave the tank unsupervised whilst carrying on loading up as it will overflow out the ventury to the ground when it's full.

We put countless hours into this project from aluminum work through to wood work, bouncing ideas back and forth with the customer. This turned out amazing and cannot wait for people to see it in person out at motocross events. We also had the pleasure of building a second tank (420litres) for a second van for the customer.

Been a while since posted on here, maybe make it a goal to do more of it next year.

I want to thank all my customers, suppliers, all the companies I contract to/work alongside, my beautiful wife and kids. Without all of you it wouldn't be possible.

Has been another huge year for us, we've taken on some massive projects that we did not know if we could do but have, learned so much and grown as needed.

Although our 2023 working year is not over for us yet, just like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and happy new year, keep safe and enjoy the holidays.

Couple of pictures from a huge project at watties, this project was a water savings project and we lost count as to how many hours we spent fabricating/welding and how many metres of pipe we put through and around this building.

What's better than 1 10,000 litre tank? 2 10,000 litre tanks!!! We were involved into the building of these 2 twins. This was an awesome experience and a load of fun to be apart of, building these 2 was only the start of the project. These 2 were a big part of this job and were needed so the client could map out where the pipework for this small plant would be going. There was alot of welding 🔥🔥

Here's a nice wee headworks that we completed last year in rakaia, we fabricated and welded this all up at the workshop, took it to be sandblasted and galvanized before the site install, was a cool job to be apart of. Few site welds and spinning some spanners 🔧 to achieve what was needed. Office with a veiw you just can't beat it! They say "if you love your job you never work a day in your life"
