Over height ceiling and doors creating a spacious feeling. Executive home living with high quality fittings and fixtures giving it a luxurious feel.

New Build in St Albans is now complete and looking amazing. Awesome team effort from the Simplexity team and all our Sub contractors to get the result we wanted. Exterior view. Yes it is 2 town houses to look like one big house to create something different from the standard town houses look you normally see.

Another great milestone on site last week with the boys getting the roof on at our Kennedy bush build. To top it off, the team enjoyed the company of our clients Greg and Heather on Friday with a Roof shout. Awesome work team.

How good does this Hallway door look. Installed today on site for our wellington clients. Made from Swamp Kauri and Rimu with black resin. Looks amazing

Simplexity Boys nearly ready for a roof shout.

Done using Trimrib S roofing iron. Trimrib enables rapid water shedding from the roof with a low minimum pitch requirement of 3 degrees. Each profile is aesthetically pleasing, having been designed with modern building style in mind, and creates contrasts of light and shade in straight lines.
