Another terrific referral letter from one of our clients. CST does the organizing and really helps out with subsidizing the price for the customer. We get to install good quality gear to happy and deserving clients. Great relationship..

And finally to finish off sharing the great feedback we received this week... Let's go old school.. Hand written letters.!. Sent with a stamp and trusted to turn up eventually. We don't get a lot of these but we savor them when they arrive. The time it takes to pen a referral letter shows a true level of respect and we say a massive thank you!

We really enjoy receiving feedback referral letters like these.. It means a lot that our clients appreciate the service we provide and that we are doing a good job.

But we really, really, really love it when our clients take the time to email in a formal reference letter..

Our partner organization Canterbury Sustainable Trust has just received an email regarding one of our clients. It's nice for our clients to know if they have an issue, of any sort, we are there to help and get it sorted asap.

We may be considered a little old fashioned but here at CST we strongly believe in Customer Service and going the extra mile, helping wherever and whenever you can. Here is a feedback email we just received. I thought it suitable to share since it highlights the importance with which we view our clients. This is an example of one of our managers going over and beyond and demonstrating our commitment to Canterbury

Here is a simple diagram showing some "Extractor" options. Get that "human created damp air" out of the house. Removing moisture at it's source is a smart first step.

Here is a simple diagram showing a Heat Transfer kit. Taking the "over heated" air from your main heating source and distributing it through the house. This will even out the temperatures and make everything so much more comfortable!
