We are now looking for an experienced, reliable technician to join our service team. Some on-call work is required.

Ideally, you will have:

Minimum of 2 years experience post Trade Certificate

Valid Site Safe membership

A proven background in HVAC installation, maintenance, diagnostic, and repairs

Fillers and handlers licence

Applicants must have:

Clean current full drivers licence

EST - A & B

Just in time for Winter!

When the seasons change is a fantastic time to give your heat pump a clean.
This is a quick and easy way to improve airflow and help keep your unit in top condition.

If you have any elderly neighbours or relatives, pop in and do this for them too, I am sure they would appreciate it!

1. Gently open the filter cover and slide out the filter media.

2. Vacuum your filters and clear away any dust.
You may also wash your filters in a gentle detergent with a sponge or hose if you like and air dry.
Scrubbing is not recommended.

3. Clear away any visible dust with a soft cloth or hair dryer on cool.
Now is also a great time to check if your remote batteries need replacing.
**Side note** Bunnings has the best price at $15 for a 24pk of AAA

4. Replace the filters, close the filter cover and carefully wipe the exterior of the unit.

5. Check the outdoor unit. Clear any vegetation away that is close to the unit.
Check your hoses are not damaged or hanging loose.

Done!

If you find that there are loose connections, damaged insulation, unfamiliar noises, grinding or water leaking from your indoor or outdoor unit, Turn the unit off, preferably by the main switch on the outdoor unit and call a reputable repairer.

If your unit is under warranty, please call the original installer.
