What you’ll be doing:
✅ Customer communication
✅ Quoting + scheduling jobs for our team
✅ Stock ordering + monthly stocktakes
✅ Invoicing + accounts follow-up
✅ Supporting the team with day-to-day admin
✅ Keeping the office/warehouse/showroom looking sharp
What we’re looking for:
✨ Strong communication + organisation skills
✨ Experience in trade-based business preferable but not essential
✨ Confident with tech (Xero & job management software a bonus — training available!)
✨ Proactive, reliable, and a true team player
