Our latest project has now been released. Congratulations to Pacific Simulators.

CNC Routing Ltd are proud to have been associated with Pacific Simulators and responsible for the Development, Design and producing the Mould Plugs for their Instructor Module and Screen Surround for their latest flight simulator package. Finishing of the plugs, producing the moulds and the production of the final fibreglass components was done by Industrial Fibreglass Solutions in Timaru.

This one is the PLYKE designed by Bevan Whiting of Frontal Lobe. We cut the frame, seat post and forks from sheets of bamboo ply.

A fantastic article and photographs of the Whitireia Polytech Project. CNC Routing created all the concrete moulds for the wall panels and columns for this project. We worked from the basic artist's sketches seen at the bottom of page 2 to create the CAD images rendered on page 3 and then machined the 3D mould inserts from plastic and backed with plywood.

I love to see what people create from the work we do for them. This is Nikki's work from plain MDF letters that we cut for her, she then paints and decorates them for her clients. Very creative.
