The Lincoln University new gymnasium won the silver award in the New Zealand Commercial Projects Awards on Friday night. Thanks to Naylor Love for entering with us and thanks to all the consultants and subcontractors for making the project an award winner. And thanks to Lincoln University for putting their faith in pace project management to lead the team.

The new Gary Cockram Hyundai Showroom on the corner of St Asaph and Durham Streets in Christchurch has been completed for 6 months and is looking great. The staff are very happy with the flow of work and the new cars are made to be the main attraction in the new showroom.
The original site had 13 older buildings on it and the demolition, design and the new building were all project managed by Pace Project Management.
