If it was not certified, we couldn’t call it a Passive House or more accurately a Certified Passive House.

We completed in March, final inspection passed and we’re just processing the documentation for Passive House certification

In the meantime have been through and installed a whole load of monitors for the HEEP2 programme and the whole house installation of supporting has documented here

The Clients moved in, got their furniture in place and then Christchurch served up an earthquake. What a lovely moving in gift. Easter spent in a new quiet, warm, comfortable and supremely efficient home.
