Valley

Framed by timber and glass, this living space is set high among the treetops above the valley floor. Polished concrete underfoot and a suspended fireplace at the centre give the space a grounded calm, while floor-to-ceiling glazing draws in shifting views and natural light as it changes through the day.
From first light to evening, the mood inside moves with the sun and the trees outside, making the space feel quietly alive and always connected to its setting.

Surface polish we carried out a few years back

Valley

Material restraint shapes the upper-level kitchen. A velvety matte benchtop, dark cabinetry and polished concrete floor are held in balance by the warmth of timber overhead. The stair opens to a view of the basalt cliff beyond, grounding the space in its dramatic natural setting. Carefully layered textures bring a quiet sense of calm to the room.
