Abestos roof removed and thanks to Mane Contracting for strategically clearing the site. New fencing completed and piling underway for these three new two story architectural units.

Carex Rise, Cashmere nearing completion with pool in and decks well underway.
The extensive joinery package is almost completed and the roof is loaded with solar. Can’t wait to hand this over to our excited clients.
This beast certainly fills the site!

Great little project completed. Stylish pool house sited perfectly into it’s established surroundings with raking ceilings, tiled bathroom and timber flooring throughout. Huge 7m stacker slider opens out to poolside kwila deck. Ready for summer. Great job team!

MO Brown Builders also won the Builder's Own Home category for this house in Spencerville, Christchurch.

“Situated high above the flood plain on a concrete raft system with steel piles, the innovative foundation allows for easy adjustments in the event of ground movement or re-levelling,” the judges said.
They also praised the use of local river stone, cedar and metal cladding.
