Hosted by Master Builders this is our 9th event which brings key partners vital to our sector discussing the good, bad and ugly to find ways to make is all better, big goal achieved with conversation and above all action. Our industry is challenged by many economic factors and political influence. We’re clearly coming out of another downturn both in NZ and the world’s economy. I’m here with several passionate Canterbury Master Build members who have taken 2 days out of their schedules to attend. Onwards and upwards is our mantra.

Suppliers - without our trusted rep Kate this home couldn’t have been built. Kate arranged practically all materials, delivered to site, on time, in spec and all at an agreed fixed price. Some say you can’t offer a fixed price build anymore…funny thing is Fowler Homes only offers fixed price builds. To do this you need the best suppliers. You can trust Carters to do it right. Thanks for the smoko shout Kate 😘

House of the Year 2024. We won GOLD for this stunning home in Redcliffs. It was a collaboration of excellent design, clients passion, all our trades and suppliers. This win reminds me just how awesome our industry is when all parts align - thank you Andrew and Dawn our clients who believed in our team and helped us deliver this home for them.

Lusk Street Rangiora. After some inclement weather our builders have this home ready for the roof. The Continuous Facia team are installing the facia and gutter and Rylock Windows and doors are measuring up the exterior windows. We will next be installing the roof and wrapping the house ready for claddings.
