A project we’re still incredibly proud of to this day is this stunning single-level home in St Albans.

Making a serious statement from the street - clad in a mix of Espan, Ashin, and cedar, it blends bold materials with timeless form. Thoughtfully designed around our client’s lifestyle, every detail supports both relaxed living and working from home.

Some of our favourite features:

🌿 Seamless indoor-outdoor flow through large glass sliders onto a wrap-around kwila deck.

🌿 Vaulted ceilings lined with Ashin, complete with a striking structural glass gable.

🌿 In-slab heating and a feature Cerano plastered fireplace for year-round comfort.

Concrete pour on a crisp Canterbury bluebird day!

Laying the foundation is a major milestone in any build, today was all about precision and teamwork. Once the formwork is set and reinforcement is in place, the concrete is poured, leveled and vibrated to create a strong, durable base for the home.
