Introducing the Track 6” Well Riser Flanges, currently in action at one of our agents' yards and ready for deployment. These components are designed to be easily welded to riser pipes, bolted together, and sealed by an O-ring.

The outer diameter includes scallops for submersible pump cables and circular scallops that facilitate the insertion of PVC pipe fittings, providing easy access for probe deployment.

Well Riser Flanges (WRFs) are essential in well construction and maintenance, forming the secure connection between the well casing and riser pipe. Engineered to withstand the pressures of fluid extraction, our Track WRFs are ideal for various applications, including municipal and rural water systems, oil and gas, and construction projects. Manufactured at Track's facility in Christchurch and available in a range of off-the-shelf sizes (or custom sizes for volume orders).

This week, we're diving deeper into the heart of your piston pump, focusing on another super important player: the liner. 🌟

Think of the liner as the stage where all the magic happens for your pump's suction and pressure. But just like anything working hard, 💪it can show signs of wear. 📉

In this video, we'll guide you through:

✅Understanding the liner's crucial role and how its specific dimensions impact your pump's performance.
✅Simple methods to physically inspect for signs of wear, such as scoring or circumferential dips.
✅How a noticeable decrease in pump performance (like struggling to draw water or maintain pressure) can signal a worn liner.

Don't let a worn liner catch you off guard as the weather turns! Give us a thumbs up if this helps, and don't forget to share with anyone who could use these tips! 👇
