Floor prepped, poured and framing started on the Pegasus job. One of the numerous projects we have on the go at the moment. It’s never too soon to get in touch.. we are already in design stages for homes in 2022 😊🔨🏠

Great way to round out a busy year by handing over the keys to a beautiful new home to some great friends of ours. Another project delivered on time, on budget resulting in happy owners.

Here’s what we have been up to lately, a 380sqm beauty in Prebbleton.

Having features like a cathedral 45 degree ceiling,
A 13m solid exposed timber ridge beam,
Exposed internal trusses and lots of other eye catching architecture it has been very rewarding watching this place take shape!
Ready now for lots of vertical cedar and render plaster to go on the outside over the coming weeks.

Finishing touches out in Pegasus a few months ago. I’m a better builder than I am a photographer! Was a thoroughly enjoyable project for a great family. Highlight was receiving a thank you card from the baby and dog 😁

Here’s a job we’ve been working on over the last wee while. The designer came up with a great plan to utilise the corner site to its full potential. More progress pics to come!
