Scaling with Purpose: The Road Metals Solar Journey ☀️⛰️

When we first partnered with Road Metals Co Ltd on their initial 530 kW solar installation, we knew their operations were built for growth. That’s why we didn't just design for the present, we engineered for the future.

As the year drew to a close and the Christmas break approached, that foresight paid off. After seeing the strong performance and reliability of their stage‑one system, they chose to scale up their solar generation alongside their expanding operations.

As Platinum Energy had already integrated expansion capacity into the phase one infrastructure, we were able to execute phase two without the need for new AC cables or disruptive groundworks.

To ensure the site remained as aesthetically sharp as it is efficient, we custom-ordered panels from our trusted and long standing, Phono Solar. By matching the exact form factor of the original array, the new 300 kW addition has seamlessly integrated in with the existing array.
