Love this bit! When the protective wrapper comes off the windows and detailing like microtopping over a fire place zone is nearing completion.
The clients at this latest build in Lake Hawea will be sure to have a toasty first Central Otago Winter in their new Green Home. These ultra high performance windows and doors from Ambiance by STÄRKE are draught proof, condensation proof and block out cold, excess heat and are acoustically magnificent as well as looking great!
All combined with our standard high insulation and ducted heating from Queenstown Heatpumps & Refrigeration means less need for heating and greater efficiencies all round.

Very impressed with the new sheer blinds installed at our latest completed build. They go from creating a beautiful filter to the light to magically blocking out all light with a simple turn of the handle. Great install team too!

Less than a year after handing over the keys to a new home for their son and family, we were delighted to do it again for Mum and Dad who relocated to beautiful Cromwell.
Louise and Wayne are experienced building new homes, so we were chuffed they put their faith in us, and made such unique and cool choices of design and finishes. Welcome to sunny Central, the Green Homes family and your warm and cosy forever home!!

No filters required......just the natural beauty of concrete.
We used the latest innovative microcement in a bathroom at our bespoke Wooing Tree build. Impermeable, yet gives a lovely soft depth and strokeable texture.
